Proceeding contribution from Lord Best (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 20 October 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.

Welfare Reform Bill

The review is in three parts. We will get an interim report next spring, a more detailed report this time next year and a final report two years from now. All these reports will be helpful in building our knowledge and understanding. However, they will be of value only if the Minister will do something about the results that come in.
