122: Before Clause 11, insert the following new Clause— ““Termination of membership of House of Lords (1) Members of the House of Lords shall, subject to subsection (2), cease to be members after the end of the session of Parliament during which they have completed 15 years of membership. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the period of time prior to the date on which this Act received the Royal Assent shall be treated as half its actual time. (3) This section does not apply to any period of membership as a Lord Spiritual.””
