129: After Clause 14, insert the following new Clause— ““Right of retired Members to vote and stand for election to the House of Commons A person who ceases to be a member of the House of Lords under section (Retirement age) shall not be disqualified from— (a) voting at elections to the House of Commons, or (b) being, or being elected as, a Member of that House.””
