13: After Clause 9, insert the following new Clause— ““Disabled spectator access After section 36 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006— ““36A Disabled spectator access The London Organising Committee must undertake to provide for a significant attendance of disabled spectators at Olympic and Paralympic events.””””
