Proceeding contribution from Lord McNally (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 26 October 2011. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Community Legal Service (Funding) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011.

Community Legal Service (Funding) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011
