Proceeding contribution from Lord Wigley (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 9 November 2011. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (Disclosure of Pupil Information by Welsh Ministers) Regulations 2011.
Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (Disclosure of Pupil Information by Welsh Ministers) Regulations 2011
