2: Before Clause 4, insert the following new Clause— ““Operation of Olympic Route Network (1) Section 11 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006 (Olympic Route Network) is amended as follows. (2) After subsection (5) insert— ““(6) The Secretary of State will work with the London Organising Committee and the Greater London Authority to produce a strategic overview and detailed proposals for encouraging the use of public transport by— (a) individuals in possession of a valid Olympic Identity and Accreditation Card, (b) members of the general public, and (c) non-Olympic visitors and other tourists, during the period of the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games.””””
