100A: Clause 20, page 16, line 30, at end insert— ““( ) If, within 60 parliamentary days of the mandate having been laid— (a) either House of Parliament makes a recommendation with regard to the proposal, or (b) a committee of either House of Parliament makes recommendations with regard to the proposal, the Secretary of State must lay before Parliament a statement setting out the Secretary of State’s response to the resolution or recommendations.””
