Proceeding contribution from Lord Greaves (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 30 November 2011. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Health and Social Care Bill.
Health and Social Care Bill
The noble Lord very kindly referred to what I said. Is it not also the case that a group of GPs could go ahead and put forward proposals without even consulting all the GPs in their area?
