Proceeding contribution from Baroness Farrington of Ribbleton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 6 December 2011. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Protection of Freedoms Bill.

Protection of Freedoms Bill

The Minister misunderstands my position. My primary concern is the care of children, which I share with everybody else involved with this Bill. My secondary concern is that I agree with the principle of supervision, provided that I know what it is.
