71A: Before Clause 79, insert the following new Clause— ““Restriction on information provided about rehabilitated offenders Section 9(3) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 is amended as follows— (a) in paragraph (a) omit ““or to another person at the express request of the rehabilitated person””, and (b) in paragraph (b) omit from ““or to another person”” to ““the rehabilitated person””””
