83: Before Clause 84, insert the following new Clause— ““Inclusion of cautions etc. in national police records After subsection (4) of section 27 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (recordable offences) insert— ““(4A) In subsection (4) ““conviction”” includes— (a) a caution within the meaning of Part 5 of the Police Act 1997; and (b) a reprimand or warning given under section 65 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.””””
