296: Clause 148, page 148, line 11, leave out subsection (2) and insert— ““(2) For paragraph 9(3) of that Schedule (requirement for at least one member of council governors to be appointed by PCT) substitute— ““(3) At least one member of the council of governors must be appointed by the NHS Commissioning Board.””.””
