Daylight Saving Bill
Given the slightly different tack that my hon. Friend the Member for North East Somerset and I have taken in our amendments, does my hon. Friend the Member for Christchurch (Mr Chope) feel that if my amendment were accepted, the necessary safeguards would be in place and he would then be happy for the independent oversight group to take shape?
