Proceeding contribution from Mark Hoban (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 7 February 2012. It occurred during Opposition day on Banking (Responsibility and Reform).

Banking (Responsibility and Reform)

I have already been generous in giving way, and I will be generous again in a minute. We will implement a new seed enterprise investment scheme to encourage investment in early-stage companies, with income tax relief and a capital gains tax holiday to kick-start the programme. We will ensure that our adventurous and ambitious small enterprises receive the support that they need to become the next world leaders.
