Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill
176ZAA: After Clause 61, insert the following new Clause— ““Awareness of sentencing options The Lord Chancellor must make arrangements to ensure that each Probation Trust provides to all magistrates in the area for which it has responsibility— (a) information about all programmes and options for which it is responsible, and (b) opportunities to observe such programmes.””
