Proceeding contribution from Hywel Williams (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 8 February 2012. It occurred during Grand Committee proceedings (HC) on Agricultural Policy.

Agricultural Policy

On a point of order, Mr Havard. I think my point of order will be a proper one, in contrast to the previous one... Is it good practice for the Secretary of State to take an intervention from a Member who tabled a question on a subject—the groceries code adjudicator, in this case—if that question was not reached when we were questioning the Minister of State, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the right hon. Member for South East Cambridgeshire? Will you advise the Secretary of State appropriately?
