Agricultural Policy
I wonder whether the right hon. Gentleman believes that the UK Government should be willing to ignore European Union regulations on the purchase of food, and to tell the European Union that we will be governed not by it, but by the British Government; that would allow us, of course, to purchase more of our own food.
