Agricultural Policy

I am grateful to the Minister for clearing up what the draft legislation proposes. Is the hon. Member for Arfon as concerned as me that the adjudicator will not be able to be proactive and go looking for issues that have been brought to their attention? Somebody will have to go to them, and the fear of farmers and producers of going to the adjudicator for a finding will be a problem. We need to debate that, which is why we need the Bill before us in a final draft.
