Agricultural Policy

The hon. Gentleman has given this a lot of thought, but it strikes me that the number of people employed directly on farms in Wales is very small indeed. That is not to say that they are not important, but the majority of the people working on farms do not work in an employee/employer relationship, but as a contractor, and I am not sure whether they are covered by the Agricultural Wages Board.
