7: Clause 5, page 2, line 20, at end insert— ““(2) If the provisions of this section are met by virtue of a sentence or order given or made outside the United Kingdom, the effect is reversed if the House of Lords resolves that the person found guilty is to be treated as not having been the subject of the sentence or order. (3) A reversal under subsection (2) has effect from the day after which the resolution is passed.””
