Proceeding contribution from Norman Baker (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 6 March 2012. It occurred during Debate on bill on London Local Authorities and Transport for London (No. 2) Bill (HL).

London Local Authorities and Transport for London (No. 2) Bill [Lords]

With respect, it is not the Government who are keeping Members here late this evening. May I thank the hon. Member for Harrow East again for his introduction? As I have said, the Government have their reservations, which we will explain in more detail in Committee, but with that I welcome his bringing the Bill forward.
