Health and Social Care Bill
I recognise that they will strengthen Monitor further and that they will come later, but my disappointment is that they are not in the core general duties that will override all the way in which Monitor functions. They will come later on and in detail, and I can see that in the amendments that the Government have tabled. But my concern persists, and I wish to test the opinion of the House.
