Proceeding contribution from Anne McGuire (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 26 April 2012. It occurred during Debate on bill on Scotland Bill.
Scotland Bill
I think that Mr Deputy Speaker wants us to move the business on, and I do not wish to trespass further on his charity. I want a reassurance that there will be full discussions between the UK Government and the Scottish Government to ensure that we have a framework that will regulate health professionals across the United Kingdom, albeit that the Scottish Government will have responsibility.
