Sunday Trading Bill. Lords second reading debate. Agreed to on question. Motion that Clause 1 & Schedule 1 be committed to a Committee of the Whole House; that thereafter Clause 1 & Schedule 1 be recommitted to a Committee of the Whole House & that the remaining Clauses & Schedules of the Bill be then also committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
