Criminal Justice Bill. Commons insistence on disagreeing to certain Lords amendments, Commons amendments to words so restored to the Bill and Commons consequential amendments considered. Motion to insist on Lords amendment and propose consequential amendments agreed to on division (163 to 115). Motion to insist on Lords amendment agreed to on division (160 to 116). Motion to insist on certain Lords amendments and disagree with Commons amendment agreed to on division (166 to 115). Committee appointed to propose reasons for such insistence on Lords amendments 33, 121 and 126 and on Lords disagreement to Commons amendment 131H. Report agreed to. Lords amendment not insisted on, Commons amendment and a Lords amendment to the words so restored to the Bill agreed to. The remaining Lords amendment not insisted on and Commons amendment to words so restored to Bill agreed to. Bill returned to Commons with reasons.
