Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2009

SI 2009/614. Lords debate on a motion of regret that, in drawing up the Housing Benefit (Amendment) Regulations 2009, alternative proposals to deal with the problem of paying Local Housing Allowance for large families put forward by the Social Security Advisory Committee were not properly dealt with.
