Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill. Consideration of Commons reasons and amendments. Amendment A1 insisting on Lords amendments 1-8 agreed on division (277 to 215). Amendment B1 disagreed on division (241 to 242). Motion B not insisting on Lords amendments 16 and 19 agreed. Motion C not insisting on Lords amendments 17 and 20 agreed and amendments 20A to 20E agreed in lieu. Further amendment A1 proposing amendment 1D in lieu of Commons amendment 1C negatived on division (153 to 221). Motion A not further insisting on Lords amendments 1 and 8 with Commons amendment 1C agreed in lieu. Bill passed.
