To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment he has made of the availability of aircrew for Tornados used for airstrikes in Iraq; and if he will make a statement.

The Tornado Detachment in Akrotiri has sufficient aircrew to undertake the current level of tasking while at the same time providing appropriate crew rest periods.
