To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to his Answer of 29 January 2015 to Question 222677, what assessment he has made of whether the change in data paths under the care.data programme will affect the indirect care that can be provided to people who opt out of that programme.

When a patient objects, they are requesting that their confidential general practitioner data is not used for purposes other than their direct care.
