To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what assessment he has made of the potential benefits to businesses of using daylight saving time all year.

The Department has not made such an assessment.
In 2012, the Government published a review of the available evidence concerning the likely effects of moving to single double summer time in the UK.
