To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will hold an inquiry into the results of the tests on the UK's nuclear deterrent in June 2016.

No. The Demonstration and Shakedown Operation conducted by the Royal Navy resulted in the successful certification of HMS Vengeance, allowing her to return to the operational cycle.
