Question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make an assessment of the suitability of the current visa sponsorship process for non-EU workers in small companies.

Answer

The Home Office reviews the visa sponsorship process regularly to ensure that it is suitable for all types of sponsor.
