To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, who is responsible for decisions as to whether an application should be made to the HS2 Community and Environment Fund or the HS2 Business and Local Economy Fund.

It is down to the applicant to determine whether they apply to the Community and Environment Fund or the Business and Local Economy Fund. Detailed guidance on each fund is provided on the Fund website.
