To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the highest number of previous convictions for breaching an antisocial behaviour order was for an individual convicted of a further breach of an antisocial behaviour order in each of the last three years who was not given a sentence of immediate custody; and what the sentence was for the most such recent offence in each such case.
