Port State Control

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he is taking steps to seek to ensure that the UK continues to be a part of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control after the UK leaves the EU.

Answer

The UK is a member of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control and will continue to be a member once the UK has left the EU.
