To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to Answer of 28 June 2018 to Question 146800 on Cabinet Office: Procurement, how many of those contracts were advertised publicly prior to the appointment of personnel.

As nominated workers, their roles were not publicly advertised and were pre identified due to their specialist knowledge.
These contracts are for skills not readily available within the civil service like specialist technical and major infrastructure skills, which are time limited by nature.
