Department for Education: Peers

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many members of the House of Lords hold (a) paid and (b) unpaid roles within (i) his Department and (ii) his Department's agencies.

Answer

We do not hold this information for the Department for Education or its agencies. This is because we do not routinely capture it as part of the appointment process for paid and unpaid roles within the department or its agencies.
