To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what his policy is on paying to the Government of Iran funds relating to the purchase of Chieftain tanks through International Military Services.

It would not be appropriate for the Government to comment on this issue as it is the subject of ongoing litigation initiated by the Iranian Ministry of Defence and Support for the Armed Forces against International Military Services Ltd.
