To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment he has made of the effect of the collapse of dockless bikeshare schemes on mobility.

The Department for Transport has not undertaken any assessment of this matter. It is for local authorities rather than central Government to develop and monitor local transport provision, including bikeshare schemes, in their areas.
