To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment his department has made of the benefit to the public purse of the outsourcing deal with Capita for military recruiting and associated IT systems.

The Army expect the Recruitment Partnering Project to deliver around £180 million of benefits over the ten-year period of the contract.
