Harassment: Restraining Orders

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether his Department plans to use GPS tracking or similar monitoring when imposing restraining orders.

Answer

The Government has no plans to use GPS tracking or electronic monitoring devices on those subject to a restraining order.
