To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, with reference to the Answer given on 14 December 2022 to Question 87813, on Gazumping, whether the evaluation of the effectiveness of voluntary reservation agreements mentioned in that Answer has been completed; and what recent assessment his Department has made of the potential merits of introducing voluntary reservation agreements in the home buying and selling process.
