To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 24 January to Question 126658 on Refugees: Afghanistan, whether the entire cohort of an applicant will be rejected if one family member fails security checks .

Security checks are undertaken for all individuals who apply for resettlement to the UK, including under the Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy and the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme. Further information on this is set out in the GOV.UK guidance.
