To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the (a) size in hectares and (b) housing unit potential is of Bassingbourn Barracks.

It is not possible to separate Roman Barracks and Goojerat Barracks as they form part of the wider Colchester Garrison. Colchester Garrison is 254.834 hectares in size.
Bassingbourn Barracks is 290 hectares in size.
No assessment has been made of the Housing Unit Potential of these sites, as they have not been identified for disposal.
