To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 28 March 2023 to Question 172466 on Mandarin Language, how many places he expects to be offered on the expanded programme.

We expect to be able to offer 300 places on our expanded Mandarin language training programme, spanning learners from total beginner to C1 proficiency.
