Facebook: Non-crime Hate Incidents

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many non-crime hate incidents relating to posts made on Facebook were investigated by the police in each year for which records exist.

Answer

The Home Office does not centrally collect data on non-crime hate incidents from the police.

A review into the recording of NCHI, reporting to the Policing Minister, is underway.
