Facebook: Prosecutions

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people have been prosecuted in the UK for offences relating to posts made on Facebook in each year for which records exist.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the right hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
