To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, if he will make an assessment of the implications for his policies of the earthquake risk assessment by Lancashire County Council of the planning application by Aurora Energy Resources Ltd for Altcar Moss, reference LCC/2019/0037.

The Government has restored the moratorium on fracking. The Government is committed to the effective ban on fracking set out in the 2019 general election manifesto.
