To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 65 of the Ministry of Defence Annual Report and Accounts 2022 to 2023, published on 20 July 2023, how much funding has been allocated to the programme to tackle health and safety risks on his Department's estate.

Defence plans to invest circa £5.3 billion over the next 10 years in SLA (pending ABC24 outcomes). This includes a programme of Safe & Legal works as part of the Infrastructure Delivery Plan and compliance actions are prioritised over other activities such as reactive maintenance.
